- Candidate tracking and interview management
- Hiring analytics and reporting
- Dashboard with job filters and workflow automation
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate job and candidate information.
- Use the platform only for lawful recruitment purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
- Not misuse AI tools for discriminatory or unethical hiring practices.
AI & Automation Disclaimer
- AI results are advisory only.
- Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the company.
- Plato does not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate suitability.
Data Privacy & Protection
- Candidate resumes and personal information

Subscription & Payments
- Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Fees are billed according to the selected plan.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
