What are credits?
Credits are used each time Plato processes a candidate — screening resumes, sending outreach, or conducting AI interviews. Different actions consume different amounts of credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can switch plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits roll over for up to 3 months on Growth and Pro plans. Starter plan credits expire at the end of each billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with 50 credits so you can experience the full power of Plato before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and can arrange custom billing for Enterprise customers.
